    • First, check the current validity of your passport.

    • Second, make sure your passport has blank Visa pages.

    • Confirm if transit visa is required for any connections.

      Check with your airline in case you have connecting flights overseas as part of your journey to Macau. It may be the case that countries you pass through en route to your destination may require a separate transit visa. Please refer to visa requirements of the specific country

      Macau COVID-19 travel restrictions

      • Entry is partially open
        Residents of Macau, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan region are allowed entry to Macau. Travelers who hold "Laissez Passer" issued by UN, or "Diplomatic or consular identity card" issued by Macau SAR can also enter.

        Valid passport or travel document holders of Australia, Brazil, United Kingdom, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Republic of Ireland, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Romania, Singapore, Thailand, United States & Schengen countries are also allowed to enter Macau.
        Prior to arrival requirements
        Valid passport. Valid national passport with at least 6 month remaining validity after the date of departure.
        Valid visa. Please see the instructions above if visa is needed and apply.
        Negative COVID-19 test prior to arrival is required for all exempted passengers (Macau Residents) and must have proof of three (3) Negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test (RT-PCR) within seven (7) days (each at least 24hrs apart) and the third test must not exceed 72 hours before boarding.
        Upon arrival restrictions
        🏠Quarantine. Subject to medical observation for at least 7 days and 3 days of health self-management.
        😷Masks are required in public spaces and transport.
